| Fee: $1,095.00. Includes single-occupancy room, board, tuition, and transportation between Portland International Airport and Lewis & Clark College in Portland. (Van service is available only on Monday, July 28, and Sunday, August 3).
Deposit: A deposit of $395.00 is required for registering, and is non-transferable. Full payment is required by May 30, 2008. Registration after May 30, 2008, for any remaining spaces must be accompanied by full payment.
Cancellations: Notification must be made by mail, and received by Accent On Music by June 30, 2008. If we can fill your vacancy, all payments will be returned less a $100.00 administrative fee. If sufficient notice is not given, Accent On Music reserves the right not to refund. No refunds will be given for any reason after June 30, 2008.
Changing From One Session to Another: A $100.00 administrative fee will be charged for switching from one session to the other. Switching sessions is allowed on a space-available basis only.
Non-Students: As long as space permits, one non-student (adults 18 and over only) may accompany an enrolled student for an additional fee of $450.00, due May 30, 2008. This will entitle the non-student to a double-occupancy room (with enrolled student), board, and evening activities. Daytime workshops and mini-master classes are not open to non-students.
